He has 17 years experience in sales and customer services at national working for national and multinational companies and 3 years experience in Human Resources and consultancy. He was former HR Director for Ambient S.A., a national retailer of construction materials.

Adrian has a degree in Psychology and he is accredited for scoring and interpreting psychometrics instruments. He designs a two days program for developing Emotional Intelligence called “Lead Yourself to High Performance” that address middle to top managers and CEOs.
