Monica Minoiu is the owner of InCharge Management Consulting – independent company specialized in consultancy related to Supply Chain and General Management, including logistics, procurement, production, associated strategic, operational and administrative activities, targeting organization and reorganization processes and management of human resources involved in supply chain functions.

With a 12 years career in executive positions along Manufacturing Operations/Supply Chain and General Management, in various industries and companies with direct links with sales, marketing, human resources and finance. Monica has worked for the last 7 years with Inbev - no.1 worldwide in its area, leading improvement processes in Supply Chain area - Greenfield projects or BPR projects in Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Muntenegru, Ukraine, Russia, Belgium, Czech Republic, and Hungary. Driving significant performance improvements, through processes re-engineering, organizational redesign, strategic sourcing, outsourcing, business shared services center set-up, Monica has global experience in start-up operations, sourcing components in low cost regions, P&L and Cost Center responsibilities.

Starting with 2005, she activated abroad holding different position at local and European management board level, as Procurement Director Balkans, Procurement BSS Europe Director, leading activities resulted in record-breaking growth in revenue and profit, through sustainable cost reduction. She targeted and capitalized on new business opportunities in emerging and global markets and got reputation for the development of successful zone procurement platforms.

Monica is by academic formation economist and graduated ASE Bucharest – Finance, Insurance, Banks and Stock Exchanges in 1997. She owns an EMBA diploma with ASSEBUS Bucharest – Kennesaw Atlanta US University (2005-2007) and Leadership Certificated issued by Insead Fontainbleu France (2008). In 2001, Monica graduated Financial Management Module within OUBS UK.
